International Data Transfers
When cloud services provided by internationally operating companies are used, it cannot be completely ruled out that personal data may be processed outside the European Union or European Economic Area or accessed from third countries.
Where such a transfer takes place, it is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention Period

Technical log and access data is retained only for as long as necessary for secure operation, troubleshooting and protection of the website.
